The Communications Log puts every text, automated alert, email, uploaded document, phone call, voicemail, authorization request, compliance event and note on a single chronological timeline — the loan's complete communication history, readable end to end.
Every communication that passes through the platform is logged and recorded automatically. Nothing depends on a user remembering to write it down.
Two views of the same history: the Timeline for everything on the loan in date order, and Conversations for the traditional threaded view grouped by contact.
Cards are colour-coded — green for inbound, blue for outbound, grey for system events — so the shape of a conversation reads without opening anything.
Narrow the timeline by category, by whom the communication was to or from, or by a specific individual. Reverse between newest-first and oldest-first.
Recorded calls play inline on the card. Transcripts, uploaded documents and email PDFs open in a click, with export dates shown where an item reached the eFolder.
At the end of a loan's life cycle in production, a complete audit trail report is exported automatically into the Encompass loan file for archiving.
